Reaver is somewhat small and lithe for a Eurasian Wolf, although this is probably a side effect from the radiation. Her muscle is lean and tight against her body, and no ounce of her is wasted on fat. Her coat is fairly thick which makes her seem bigger than she really is. She keeps her fur clean and cared for, though she doesn't particularly care if she is dirty or muddy if it suits her purposes.
Her coat is solid black, and seems silky to both look at and touch. Instead of being hairy, Reaver appears to be almost smoky, as if her coat is blurred somewhat. It is as though she is never truly in full focus. Her eyes are stars in the rich darkness of her coat, such a light blue that they could almost be considered white.
She is not the strongest of wolves, nor the most dexterous or agile, but Reaver can certainly hold her own in a fight. She is generally able to fight off most other enemies, or at least stand her ground until help comes. Though she is overtaken by those who are especially quick or tough in those areas, she is a jack-of-all-trades type, who has some aptitude in all areas.
the personality,
»»likes: Hunting/Tracking, Taking Charge, Winning.
»»dislikes: Rodents, Cowards, Failure.
»»general personality:
Reaver is a quiet wolf, whose calm head and cool outlook on life make her an ideal candidate for leadership. She rarely rushes into things without having a full grasp of a situation, and is the type to take control when all others are losing their heads. Reaver's reservation can often come off as her being cold, and one might be correct in assuming this. They should not, however, use this as an opportunity to underestimate her; she is very manipulative, whether she seems like it or not.
She is honest, sometimes brutally so, and is unafraid to make difficult decisions. If one must sacrifice the few for the sake of the many, then so be it. She is independent, sometimes awkward in situations wherein she cannot be in control, and finds it incredibly difficult to trust other wolves. She rarely talks about herself or gives out personal information, and will shut down if anybody tries to draw it out of her.
Reaver hates to lose control, hates failures and hates those who would rather run away than fight. In fact, she has a special place in her heart for cowards, and would execute them as soon as they put a paw out of line. She cannot abide failure in others, which is an extension of her inability to cope with her own failures and move on. She comes off as a stoic, take-charge type, but beneath this she is somewhat broken and lost.
When pushed too hard, Reaver is liable to snap. She bottles up all her emotions, and holds herself from letting go, so when she hits her limit, she explodes. She hates it, as it is a loss of control over herself, and after it has happened, she will withdraw into herself, becoming even more restrained until she is fully comfortable with herself again.
In contrast, she is in her element when it comes to hunting and tracking. A different side of her comes out here; someone who enjoys nothing but freedom and the thrill of the hunt, the danger associated with it. It is as though she can be a real wolf again, away from the clamors of society and leadership. She's also pretty good at it, and will often spend several days away from the pack hunting by herself or with a few chosen individuals.

Reaver, born as Ghostrunner, was the second youngest of four pups born to Astradis and Wanderer, two lone wolves who had left their packs some time previously. Wanderer had once been a Beta wolf in the Titan pack, but had decided to flee when he realised that the council was becoming more corrupt. As he escaped, he joined up with Astradis, and the two of them ran together, eventually becoming mates.
Ghostrunner's early life was easy. Her first few months were spent playing with her three brothers, learning how to track and hunt from her father and how to fight from her mother. Astradis had been a lone wolf for much of her life, and so she was far more used to combat than her mate. Ghostrunner was close to all of her brothers, though she and Riptide (the eldest) were almost inseparable. Similarly, Rust and Flicker were like twins, constantly in each other's presence. The four younger wolves learned to hunt and fight as a team, and by the age of a year, they were going out and competing when it came to small prey, and taking on bigger prey as a group.
Tragedy struck when a larger pack of wolves came to Wanderer's unofficial territory. Led by an enormous white wolf known as Vanquish, they quickly overran and dominated Wanderer and Astradis whilst their pups were out. By this point, Ghostrunner and her brothers were just over a year old. As they hunted, Ghostrunner suddenly smelled the rich tang of blood in the air, and the four of them returned to their den. What met their eyes was something that would stay with Ghostrunner and Riptide for the rest of their lives.
Wanderer, his body horrendously mutilated, had been left outside the cave. It was a warning - a message to all those who would oppose Vanquish. Their mother was nowhere to be found.
The four young wolves, shaken, but desperate to find their mother, tracked a blood trail through the forests and snow. Eventually they came across Vanquish and two of his Omegas, desecrating the body of Astradis. Ghostrunner did not know if he had killed her mother there, or whether they had dragged her body all the way from the den, but at that point she didn't care. She saw red and lunged forwards to attack Vanquish.
The two Omegas were soon taken care of. Though the four of them were barely out of their cubhood, they were a vicious team and they were blinded by rage. As they took on Vanquish, however, the white wolf clamped his jaws onto Rust's throat, almost tearing his head off right there. Ghostrunner was on his back, but he barely seemed to notice; he flung Rust's body to one side, dueling with Riptide and Flicker.
The culmination of the battle was bloody and horrific. In the end, only Riptide and Ghostrunner were still standing. Vanquish bled out at their paws, his body riddled with bites and scratches. Flicker's legs had all been shattered and he could not move. He was too far gone to save. Riptide and Ghostrunner curled up around him to keep him warm as he died, and when he was gone, they stayed that way for a long time.
Eventually, however, it was time to move on. Vanquish's pack would soon return to find out what had become of their leader. Ghostrunner felt changed by the loss of her mother, father and two brothers, and decided that she was no longer the pup she had been born as. She rechristened herself Reaver in commemoration of Vanquish's destruction. She and Riptide buried their mother and brothers in the snow, and moved on.
Reaver remembered her father's stories about Titan Pack, and wondered if they would take them in. The wolves tracked for just under another year together, building up their strength, recovering from what had happened with Vanquish, before they finally found Titan's territory. The two of them were welcomed with some suspicion, especially Riptide, who was growing fast.
Realising the only way to get by was to have influence in the pack, Reaver quickly rose through the ranks on the prowess of her hunting skills. After almost two years, she was invited to the Council, where she has been ever since. It is a tough job, and she is still young, but she copes as best as she can.
